When you contact us for assistance we collect what is needed to reach you and do the work: your name, phone number, vehicle make, model and year, and the location of the vehicle. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email we also hold the content of that correspondence.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Any payment is handled at the point of service.

Your information is used to dispatch a technician to the correct location with the correct parts, to contact you about the job, and to keep a record of work carried out on the vehicle in case of a subsequent warranty question.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Job records are retained for as long as necessary to support warranty claims and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Correspondence that does not result in a job is retained for a shorter period.

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand aggregate traffic patterns and page performance, not to identify individual visitors.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
