Emergency Fuel Delivery in Dubai
Running out of fuel is easy to do in Dubai. Long stretches of Emirates Road and Al Qudra have very few stations, a queue at a busy forecourt is easy to skip when you are late, and low-fuel warnings become background noise. Our emergency fuel delivery brings enough to get you comfortably to a station rather than just barely moving.
We deliver the correct grade for your vehicle in proper sealed containers, and we can tell you on the phone whether an empty tank is actually the problem.
Often the car only needs waking up, which is what 24/7 car jump start service Dubai covers.

Getting the Grade Right
Petrol in the UAE is sold as Special 95 and Super 98. Putting 95 into a car that specifies 98 is not usually damaging for one tank, though a high-compression or turbocharged engine may audibly knock and will pull ignition timing back. The reverse causes no harm at all.
Diesel in a petrol engine, or petrol in a diesel, is a different matter entirely and one of the more expensive mistakes possible. If you have just filled with the wrong fuel, do not start the engine — running it circulates the wrong fuel through the entire injection system and turns a drain-and-flush into a fuel system rebuild. Call us and leave the ignition off.

When It Is Not Actually Empty
A car that will not start with the gauge on empty is not always out of fuel. A failed fuel pump, a blocked filter or a faulty level sender produce the same symptom, and a faulty sender can read empty with a half-full tank.
The distinction is usually audible. A working pump makes a brief whine when the ignition is switched on before cranking. Silence there, with a gauge that has been behaving oddly, points at the pump rather than the tank. We will ask you to listen for it, because delivering fuel to a car with a dead pump helps nobody.

Restarting a Diesel That Ran Dry
Petrol engines usually restart normally once fuel is added and the pump has primed for a few seconds. Diesels frequently do not. Running a diesel completely dry draws air into the injection system, and many need to be bled before they will fire again.
Modern common-rail diesels often self-prime after a few extended cranking cycles, but some require manual bleeding at the filter housing. Running the starter repeatedly to force it is also how a flat battery gets added to an empty tank. If your diesel ran dry, tell us — we will bring fuel and be prepared to bleed the system.
—Process
How we do it
- Step 01
Confirm fuel type and grade
Petrol 95, petrol 98 or diesel. Vehicle model and, ideally, the label inside the fuel flap.
- Step 02
Rule out a pump or filter fault
We ask you to listen for the pump priming. If it is silent, the problem is not the tank and fuel will not fix it.
- Step 03
Deliver and decant safely
Brought in sealed approved containers and decanted with the engine off, away from any ignition source.
- Step 04
Start and verify
We stay until the engine is running and pulling fuel properly, and bleed a dry diesel where that is needed.
Where a battery is not the underlying problem, the next thing to check is 24/7 battery testing Dubai.
Many callers book 24/7 roadside assistance Dubai at the same time.
We cover mobile 24 hour car recovery Dubai from the same call-out.
Requirements differ by marque — see 24/7 ID.4 battery service Dubai.
?Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much fuel will you bring?
Enough to reach a station with a comfortable margin rather than a token amount. Tell us where you are and we will size it so you are not immediately hunting for a forecourt.
I put the wrong fuel in. What should I do right now?
Do not start the engine, and do not switch the ignition on. Leaving it off keeps the contamination in the tank; starting it pushes the wrong fuel through the injection system and multiplies the cost of putting it right. Call us and wait.
Can you deliver fuel on Sheikh Zayed Road or Emirates Road?
Yes. If you are on a hard shoulder on a fast road, put your hazards on and wait behind the barrier rather than in the vehicle, and tell us the direction of travel and the nearest exit number.
My diesel ran completely dry and will not start after refuelling. Why?
Running a diesel dry draws air into the injection system, which usually has to be purged before the engine will fire. Some common-rail systems self-prime after extended cranking; others need bleeding at the filter housing. Repeated cranking mostly just flattens the battery.
